1963
Malaysia Dairy Industries Pte Ltd (MDI) was incorporated as a joint venture between Singaporean partners and the Australian Dairy Produce Board.
1969
Singaporean partners of MDI purchased equities from the Australian Dairy Produce Board, resulting in the total localisation of MDI.
1970
MDI became the first company in Singapore to manufacture evaporated milk.
1974
Manufacturing line was subsequently expanded to include pasteurised products.
1977
VITAGEN was established in Singapore.
2005
VITAGEN was relaunched as VITAGEN Less Sugar.
Today
Malaysia Dairy Industries is a leading dairy and beverage company with annual sales exceeding $260 million.
